Had a decent Christmas stay here with my family. Loved that the rooms were spotlessly clean and we had free unlimited Wi-Fi. The location was great too, with easy parking and just a short walk to local shops and eateries. The beds were comfortable, and we had a decent size room with enough space for all of us.
The family room felt too cramped and didn't have enough seating for all of us. We also had some issues with noise from neighbouring guests partying loudly.

The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location to get to the city center and supermarket. The own couples are really nice and sweet. Everything is perfect!

Great shower pressure and a huge spa bath made unwinding after a busy day exploring the city a dream. the location was fantastic, close to all the major attractions and with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the bed was super comfy and provided a great night's sleep.
The noise from the street was quite noticeable, especially in the early morning. the lack of a double-glazed window made it hard to block out the sound.

John the host and his family were extremely welcoming, and friendly, nothing seem to be too much trouble for them. The location was perfect, close to Restaurants, clubs, supermarket, the room had its own kitchen so we had the option to cook if we so chose too. Over all would hesitate to recommend to Friends and family to stay at BK's purely because of our host John, to them well done :)
Absolutely nothing, everything was what we expected plus more

We liked the spa bath. The ceiling fan downstairs was a great way to get relief from the heat. Even though we hadn't asked for it, our needs were anticipated with a second free-standing fan appeared on our second day so that we could put it in the second bedroom.

This accommodation is conveniently located near the main shops and the Waikato stadium. it is not the best choice if you're sensitive to noise as there can be partying nearby. there's a supermarket nearby for groceries. the room is clean and comfortable, while the beds are particularly comfy. the spa bath wasn't that great, but the apartment was equipped with a relaxing recliner chair.
The reception staff could be more attentive and welcoming.

I had the most comfortable stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I had a great night's sleep. The shower and spa bath were fantastic, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. The room itself was spacious and had everything I needed. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, and the lazyboy chairs were a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of traveling. The staff at this place were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met. The location was also convenient, with a supermarket and shops nearby.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service, amenities, and overall experience were top-notch.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They even let me use the oven to cook a roast! The rooms were clean and comfortable with lazyboy chairs to relax in. The bathroom with a spa bath was amazing, and the kitchen had a full fridge/freezer. The hotel was located in a living area, close enough to walk to town and near shops.
Nothing for me.
